Andrea Batarse is currently getting her Masters of Architecture after getting her B.A. in International Politics and Diplomacy in 2017.

MASTERS STUDENT

Andrea Batarse is a designer currently working towards her Master of Architecture at Texas A&M University. She graduated in 2017 with a B.A. in International Politics and Diplomacy with minors in French and Spanish. She was a ConDev Student Media Grantee in 2016, granting her and a fellow colleague, Emily Main, the opportunity to direct a documentary highlighting the European refugee crisis in Lesvos, Greece and the Jungle in Calais, France. She later participated in a ConDev opportunity to engage in an intensive audiovisual case study training for international development documentaries with Columbia University's Picker Center Digital Education Group in New York City, New York.

Using her skills developed through ConDev, she continues to film for Texas A&M University, having developed footage for the College of Architecture in Mendoza, Argentina and Stockholm, Sweden, as well as producing further videography for ConDev in Apaneca, El Salvador.
